1.准备食材。

2.牛肉洗干净放碗里,里面加盐,半个蛋清,料酒,适量淀粉。

3.抓均匀腌制。

4.再加入适量的油抓均匀。

5.再把生姜切丝,小葱切断,大蒜切片,杭椒和小米椒切斜段备用。

6.起锅烧油,油温六成倒入牛肉不断翻炒。

7.炒至牛肉变成白色捞出备用。

8.用剩余的油把葱姜蒜杭椒炒至断生。

9.再把牛肉倒进去里面加蚝油,生抽炒拌均匀即可出锅。
